May I have a problem getting the pensionado visa? If I relocate USA government could discontinue my payments on SSDI or SSI?
Recently a US resident stated that she was told that Social Security would “discount” her benefits if she moved to our country.
I informed her that I was not aware of such an arrangement with Social Security therefore a fact research was conducted.
Client contacted SSI office in her state and she was informed that this was FALSE.
