They should know that the province of Chiriquí is a 7-hour drive from Panama City (you can drive your own car or take a bus from the Albrook Terminal) and 40-45 minutes by plane (you can take the plane from either Tocumen or Albrook airport). They should also know that all migratory procedures for which they wish to apply must be carried out at the offices of the National Immigration Service in Panama City, for which they should personally visit at the corresponding time.
